Research & development department
Our engineers are graduated from the best institutes of Plastics Technology and engineering.
They make use of a wide variety of technology-watch systems and are engaged in a continuous professional development process with respect to new methodologies and tools for industrial design.
Mission:
- To work daily with the client throughout the design process
- To design components and highly specific sizing elements
- To strive constantly to achieve eco-design, recycling potential, best materials, processes, etc...
- To define the most pertinent technologies for each project in conjunction with the technical department
- To elaborate the most efficient technico-economic solutions for industrial and manufacturing processes
Software:
- Solidworks
- Cadmould rheology software
At mission conclusion, the department presents a concept report:
- 2D & 3D models and technical draught plans
- A formal prototype
Following the client’s “manufacturing approval”, the Research & development department supports the project throughout the entire industrial process.
When necessary, it joins forces with the technical department to conduct a “Pilot equipment” phase for creating functional prototypes.
It supports any patent filing processes undertaken.
